For the past few years, we have had a pair of Adirondack chairs in the yard. They are made of teak I believe and have become very wobbly and rickety over time. Last Spring they looked like this:
The only thing to bear in mind with this chair is that the arms have a tendency to flex if you put too much weight on them when you stand up. This can be completely avoided as long as you put your hands on the ends of the arms. If you accidentally hold the middle every once in a while, it won’t negatively affect the chair.
