I love spray paint!! I do wish there were a wider range of colors. I’ve learned to do several very light coats to avoid drips.

Try the gorilla clear glue in gel form. Let it cure for a couple of days. You can use the blue painter's tape to hold it together if needed.
Gorilla Glue doesn't work. We have about 10 of these chairs with tables at our Lake house and they all eventually split, crack, etc. I tried every thing including Gorilla, Crazy, and any other glue, duct tape, etc. I now put a towel over chair to cover cracked part and "Forget about it". My husband saw the chairs for $12. at a local hardware store up at the lake house so when the towels wear out we will just spring for the new chair. Good luck and let me know if you have had any success with your repair efforts,
It’s a well-known fact that Amish craftsmen (and craftswomen!) have made beautiful, durable furniture for centuries. What you may not know is that now, using modern composite materials, this fine tradition of craftsmanship continues with our beautiful outdoor poly furniture, built in the popular and timeless Adirondack style and the English Garden collection.
In general, cedar Adirondack chairs that are properly stained each year should last about 10 years. Redwood, acacia, and eucalyptus may have a longer lifespan at 15 years or more, but it depends on how well they're maintained. Pine and other less hardy woods may only last four or five years.
Some owners have left outside in the winter, uncovered, without any damage to the finish. We suggest you bring them inside or pick up a chair cover to be safe.
It wouldn’t be the first time that furniture designed for the sick or infirm crossed into the mainstream, says Patricia Kane, a curator of American Decorative Arts at Yale University Art Gallery, who obtained a Westport chair for the collection in 2002. A classic example is the wing chair, whose dual protuberances were likely designed to support the head of elderly or infirm occupants and which—like Bunnell’s patented chair—were sometimes fitted with commodes. “Nowadays they’ve migrated into our living rooms, and we think of them as living room furniture,” Kane says.
The Lifetime 60064 CPVC Adirondack chair is a best-seller on Amazon.com and is positioned at an aggressive price point. In fact, we chose it as the best budget CPVC chair in our overall Adirondack chair buyer’s guide. It has some excellent features given its price, but it has a few downsides as well.

In the spring of 2012 Green Acres expanded their services to include HVAC services, including installations, repairs, and maintenance plans.
The thing we should look at with this Lifetime chair is it’s heavy duty rating. Yea it’s good, but where it lacks is in the market for people above 300 lbs whom need wider seats. The colors are limited and has a smaller warranty from the Manufacturer.
The Trex line of chairs are great, they are just like our top choice the Polywood chairs! However, the color palette is staid, and you are paying a bit of a premium for the Trex brand name. They have the same 20-year warranty that Polywood does.
Some types of outdoor furniture, such as the simple, stackable patio chairs with the slightly wobbly legs, are usually made with polypropylene; look for a Resin Identification Code [RIC] number (5) in a triangle on the underside of the furniture. In general, number (5) plastics are sometimes accepted for recycling, but the size and shape of the plastic furniture still usually prohibits it from being recycled curbside.
